Innovation and Design Office
The Innovation and Design Office (IDO) focuses on business optimization aligned with our way of working. You will gain skills in executing on critical business priorities, creating executive presentations, as well as conducting market research and quantitative analyses.Finance Department
The Finance Department (Treasury, Equitable Investment Management, Investor Relations, Office of the CFO, and Financial Planning and Analysis) provides financial analysis to assist with strategic decisions. In 6 months, you will gain experience in financial modeling, management reporting and creating executive dashboards.Commercial business
Help the Individual Retirement, Group Retirement, Life Insurance, Wealth Management and Employee Benefits teams with product development and sales support.
