Gina Tyler is the Chief Communications Officer of Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. She has responsibility for employee communications and public relations. 

Ms. Tyler has more than two decades of experience leading strategic communications efforts throughout her career, protecting and promoting some of the world’s most iconic brands.  

Prior to joining Equitable in 2017, Ms. Tyler served as Vice President of PR and Communications for TIAA, and was a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. Ms. Tyler also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard, BearingPoint, AT&T and Dow Jones & Company.
