By using this website or contacting any of our services centers, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to use your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status details, if available, to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to Equitable with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of the business relationship.

13. Termination of service

We may block access to the use of this Web site without prior notice in the event we elect to discontinue such service on a temporary or permanent basis or in the event that you breach this Agreement. We also reserve the right to block access to this Web site if we have reason to believe that the general security and/or integrity of the system is being compromised. 

14. Minors

This Web site does not intend to market any of our products or services to children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly gather or solicit data from children under thirteen (13) years of age through this Web site. By using this Web site you represent that you are not under thirteen (13) years of age.

This Agreement is the complete and entire statement of the agreement between us and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflicts of laws.
