The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) at Equitable provides real-world work experience in a variety of roles and
business areas across the company. This 18-month rotational program — comprised of 6-month assignments in three
different business units — can help you determine career interests and promote those aspirations going forward.

Equitable Emerging Leaders Program details

Innovation and Design Office
The Innovation and Design Office (IDO) focuses on business optimization aligned with our way of working. You will gain skills in executing on critical business priorities, creating executive presentations, as well as conducting market research and quantitative analyses.
Finance Department
The Finance Department (Treasury, Equitable Investment Management, Investor Relations, Office of the CFO, and Financial Planning and Analysis) provides financial analysis to assist with strategic decisions. In 6 months, you will gain experience in financial modeling, management reporting and creating executive dashboards.
Commercial business
Help the Individual Retirement, Group Retirement, Life Insurance, Wealth Management and Employee Benefits teams with product development and sales support. Conduct competitive intelligence and assess new business ventures while learning about our products, the advice we offer clients and what differentiates Equitable in our commercial businesses from the competition.
